TOPIC: Where Will You Spend Eternity? (Seeds Of Destiny 20 October 2026)
SCRIPTURE: And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.- Daniel 12:2
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Eternity is certain; prepare deliberately for your destination.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
The ultimate destination of everyone living is eternity, either in Heaven with God or in hell with the devil. The Scripture makes it clear that Heaven is real and hell is real. There is no middle point. Everyone you see is either going to end in Heaven or hell.
And the truth is that no one arrives at a destination by chance. No one can say, “I am in Lagos, but I don’t know how I got here,” except for some demonic or hypnotic manipulations.
In the same manner, no one will appear in an eternal destination by accident.
If eternity is the final destination of everyone living, then we must understand the importance of preparing for where we will eventually spend it.
Now, what are the things we must note about readiness for eternity?
- Heaven is real and hell is real.
The Bible says it and it is so. Daniel 12:2b says, And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. - The final destination of everyone living is eternity.
Everyone is either going to end in heaven with God or in hell with the devil. There is no middle point. - No one arrives at a destination by chance.
No one will appear in heaven by accident, and no one will arrive in hell by mistake. Eternity is a destination that requires a deliberate decision. - There can be no meaningful destination without preparation.
No one arrives anywhere without preparation. No one arrives in a foreign country without preparing for it. You must have your international passport, a valid entry visa (where applicable) and other necessary travel documents. In the same manner, no one arrives in heaven without preparation.
Beloved, where will you spend eternity, knowing that the final destination of everyone living is eternity, either in Heaven with God or in hell with the devil? There is no middle point. Therefore, do not leave your eternal destination to chance. Prepare deliberately for eternity.
REMEMBER THIS: Eternity is certain; prepare deliberately for your destination.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Consistently examine your life and ensure that you are prepared for eternity.
- Make heaven your deliberate destination and live accordingly.
- Refuse to leave your eternal destination to chance.
PRAYER: Father, help me to live every day with eternity in view. Give me the grace to prepare deliberately for heaven and to live a life that will please You until the end, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
