TOPIC: Unnatural Desires (Open Heaven for Teens, 21 March 2026)

BIBLE READING: 2 Peter 2:1-6
1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
MESSAGE:
I once heard the story of a woman who was weeping because her ‘partner’ was sick and needed medical attention. Someone was sympathetic towards her and said, “Why don’t you take him to the hospital?” She then responded, saying that she would take ‘it’ to the vet. Apparently, she was married to a dog.

Bestiality refers to sexual relations between a human being and an animal, which God explicitly condemns in the Bible, as we see in today’s memory verse. The laws given in the Old Testament, including today’s memory verse, were meant to protect people from destructive choices that would lead them away from God’s divine plan; however, many people are adamant and choose to deviate from God’s righteous standards.
My dear child, if you are struggling with desires that are contrary to God’s word, I want you to know that His grace abounds for you, and He can save you from them. He wants you to flee worldly lusts and does not want you to sin. Ask Jesus to wash you with His blood today, and soak yourself in the word of God, which has the capacity to transform your heart and desires completely.

Don’t give in to abnormal desires.
