TOPIC: I Am At Peace (TREM Devotional 8 March 2025)

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27 KJV)

MESSAGE:

On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible strength, resilience, and beauty of women around the world. But as we honor women today, there’s something even more profound we must remember: the peace that comes from God. While the world offers many temporary solutions to our anxieties—be it medication, distractions, or quick fixes—God offers us a peace that surpasses all understanding.

In a world constantly filled with noise, stress, and uncertainty, God’s peace is the solid foundation that keeps us grounded. His peace is not fleeting or conditional like the world’s; it is constant, unshakable, and deeply rooted in His love for you. God promises that if you walk in the greatness He has destined for you, you will triumph, regardless of the challenges around you. His peace assures you that you are enough, and that His plan for your life is filled with hope.

As women, we often face moments of doubt—when society, or even our own thoughts, make us question our worth or capabilities. But today, I want to remind you of a powerful truth: there is greatness within you. God has designed you to reach your full potential. He has equipped you to rise above obstacles, to overcome challenges, and to step into the abundance He has already prepared for you. You were created to be powerful beyond measure, and with His peace, you have the strength to conquer anything standing in your way.

As daughters of Christ, we are blessed with the precious gift of God’s peace. This peace is more than just a feeling—it’s the confident assurance that we don’t have to be troubled by fear, worry, or anxiety. When the future feels uncertain, we can stand firm, knowing that God’s peace will guard our hearts and minds. We don’t have to face battles alone. We can trust in His strength, guidance and unwavering promises. There is no need for fear because with God, we are stronger than any fear trying to hold us back.

Today, as we celebrate women, let this be a reminder: It is your season to grow, to evolve, and to embrace the fullness of all that God has for you. With His peace, you are equipped to face any challenge, step into new opportunities, and live out the calling He has placed on your life. You are more than capable. You are worthy of peace. And with His peace in your heart, there is no limit to what you can achieve.

As we celebrate the strength of women today, let’s also remember that peace is our inheritance. With God’s peace, we can walk boldly into the future He has prepared for us, full of faith and confidence. You are strong. You are capable. You are at peace.

DAILY CONFESSION

… I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that God is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him; …God will wipe away tears from my eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (2 Timothy1:12); (Revelation 21:4)

I will dwell in the secret place of the most High and I shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. The Lord will not suffer my foot to be moved: for He that keepeth me will not slumber; the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen me and protect me from the evil one. I do not fear, for the Lord is with me; I will not be disMAYed, for you are my God. The Lord will strengthen me and help me; the Lord will uphold me with His righteous right hand. (Psalm 91:1, Psalm121:3, 2Thess 3:3, Isaiah 41:10)

Every day and in every way I am getting better: spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, morally, and in all my endeavours.

I am called for a purpose; I will fulfill this purpose and I will arrive at God’s ordained destiny for my life. Nothing will cut me short. I will make a formidable impact in my world for the Kingdom. Therefore, I declare that I am a person of integrity, I am spiritually fervent, I am accountable in all I do because I’ve been raised to live the Kingdom Life here on earth.

It is my day of Rest!
